Our Students
Dr S.M. Mustafa Gold Medal and
Dawood Janmohammed Gold Medal are awarded to students from the Graduating
Class who have shown leadership initiatives and added to student life
at the C.A.S.
Each year, the school awards scholarships to students selected from Class 10. This year, the number of scholarships has been increased from five to eight. The award criteria comprises achievement in academics as well as participation in school societies and sports.
The scholarships are named after people who have contributed to community development, scientific progress and to the promotion of peace. We hope that our students will follow in their footsteps and develop an abiding interest in matters of social and intellectual advancement. The students who have won scholarships this year are:

Scholarship to the United World College
Ali Mujtaba Lakdawala, Class of 2011, has won a scholarship to study for the International Baccalaureate (IB) degree at the United World College in Mostar, Bosnia-Herzegovina. Our congratulations and best wishes to him.
Graduation Day and Awards
The graduation ceremony for the Class of 2011 was held on 16th April, 2011, at the Main Campus. Mr Bashir Janmohammed, Chairman of Board of Directors, spoke a few words and distributed gold medals to the following students.

Other than these, this year new awards were introduced and certificates were given to the students. The criteria for these awards comprise leadership initiatives, participation in school societies, academic and athletic achievements. These awards are named after inspiring individuals whose contribution to spiritualism, science, music, the arts and sports has been legendary.

Honour Roll
The Honour Roll recognizes the
academic achievements of the C.A.S. students. Top ten students from
Class 6 to Class 11 (the final year of O Level) are selected for the
award. The selection is based upon computation of marks obtained in
tests, assignments and examinations. Click here
